Where Can I Find the Form Link For Parents?

1. After opening a form’s admin page, navigate to the Form Editor tab (this is the default tab).

2. In the top section, just beneath the Custom URL Slug field you’ll see the form URL that you can link to from your website, email to parents or post on social media.

   • You can click on this link to open it in a new tab to make it easier to copy/paste.

   • This link can be modified by changing the Custom URL Slug field.

   • Keep in mind that all forms must have a unique URL. If you accidentally assign two different forms to the same URL Sportamingo will alert you immediately so that it can be corrected.
