How to Create an E-Signature Document

  1. Open your club's admin menu and click the Documents button.

  2. Click the Create button in the top right corner.

    • This will open a modal window.
  3. Click the Create button next to E-signature Document

    • After the document is created the page will re-direct to the document admin page.

    • Skip down to step #3 in the next section to continue.
